The technicians and staff at First Class Heating and Cooling are a dedicated group of individuals, working together as a team to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. 

Duane Woolsey

Owner

Duane is the Co-Owner and Manager. He has his hands and knowledge in everything that goes on. Duane has over 30 years of experience in the Heating and Cooling industry. His background includes Residential, Commercial and New Construction.

Rhonda Woolsey

Owner

Rhonda is the other Co-Owner and handles the marketing, customer service and focuses on the growth of First Class Heating and Cooling. She is still a very active Realtor and enjoys both industries.

Jeff Douty

Install Manager

Jeff Douty is the Installation Manager. He has over 25 years of experience in the heating and cooling field. Managing the install teams bidding jobs, customer communication, fabrication, his duties are extensive. Jeff brings a lot of knowledge to the table when it comes to heating and cooling installation.

Michael Andrew

Service Technician

Michael Andrew is our Service Technician. He is who you will see to do your Planned Service and all the other problems that go on with any heating and cooling system. His knowledge of heating and cooling is amazing and it grows every day.

Jeffery Lockard

Install Crew

Jeffery Lockard is a member of the installation crew. Jeffery is a great installer and is very mechanically inclined. He has 2 years of experience in heating and cooling and gains more knowledge every day.

Broc Rose

Install Crew

Broc Rose is a member of the installation crew. He has a background in mechanical machinery and is mastering heating and cooling classes and field experience.

Cherish Thomas

Office Manager

Cherish Thomas is our Office Manager. She takes care of the things that go on in the background people don’t see. Cherish has extensive knowledge about the heating and cooling industry with over 15 years of experience. Her responsibilities include so many things, like customer communication, customer setup, billing, accounts payable, parts ordering, warranty set up, picking up the pieces when everything falls apart, the list goes on and on.
