Mike was on time, started in the basement and checked the furnace filter, cleaned the coils, and checked the humidfier filter. At the compressor he checked the freon level and washed the inside and outside of the coils. I was totally satisfied with his maintenance checkup.

Went above and beyond to make sure our heater was working properly, with very little notice.

I came home from work on Tuesday to no heat, our 30 year old furnace would not turn on, I reached out to First Class and Duane came within minutes! They gave us a bid and answered all our questions. Called them Thursday to order and Friday they were here to install! Their name truly fits their standards and work! Total First Class!!! So happy we went local! Thank you Duane and your team!!

Worked with Mike and Duane and they are both fantastic and very professional! Took a time or two to figure out the exact cause of our AC not working as it should but these guys were on it. Duane is who we worked with initially and he was very informative and walked my husband and I through all the ins and outs of what could be wrong. Mike came and installed the new parts we needed and was very quick and efficient. Also, Cherish was very sweet and professional on the phone everytime I had the need to call her. Even if I called with a question she didnt know the answer to, she found the answer and called right back. Great customer service! Will definitely call them with any future issues! Mike was very professional and methodical with diagnosing the problem. He was also very good at keeping me informed along the way which I greatly appreciated. Ultimately had a compressor that needed changed out. Mike and Jeff came to install the new compressor after it came in. Both were very professional and knew what they were doing. I really appreciated how they performed the work with the intent of doing everything correctly - didn't skip any steps or try to shortcut things that will lead to issues down the road. I think having them check our ac/furnace will prolong the life of it. They are always very professional and polite. We also had a problem with the furnace. It needed a part so he bypassed it so we could have heat. The part came in in 3 days. They came out and installed it. Only payed for labor. Love First Class Heating & Cooling!

Above and Beyond a normal service call. Solved the problem with the A/C Compressor and Air Handler in a short call. Tested and explained why the Heat Pump had issues starting last winter.

First Class Heating and Cooling really are First Class! I called Duane and explained what was going on. He told me he would have Mike to my house the next day. Mike was here before noon and listened to everything I had to say. Mike took the time to explain what he found to be the problem. When Mike returned to finish the job, he was very polite and professional.
